Whether you're a food novice or passionate culinary aficionado The Teaching Chef Culinary Services cooking sessions are designed to teach cooks of every ability the tools for culinary excellence to last a lifetime. If you love to wow your dinner guests or just want to expand your culinary repertoire while cooking the family meals join our ACF Certified Chefs in our kitchen or yours for an intensive culinary adventure that's relaxed and fun preparing the foods you love using the freshest ingredients available. Each lesson culminates with a meal complete that wine pairing instruction from a Certified International Wine Guild member removing the confusion of what to serve with your menu and yes, we pull the cork to learn what the wine tastes like.

Hands on Culinary Instruction
Includes consultation, custom lesson plan and menu design, shopping, food & wine paring lecture, 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hrs hands on cooking instruction, recipe packets and plated meal presentation. Total time: 3-4 hrs.- 1-4 guests, $125. Per hour + materials
- 5-15 guests, $75. Per person + materials
Chef Techniques I
Includes consultation, custom menu design, shopping, 60-90 minutes culinary demonstration & wine presentation, recipe packets, menu preparation and meal service.- $65. Per guest + materials (6 pl. min.)
Chef Techniques II
Includes consultation, custom menu design with beverage suggestions, shopping, 30-45 minute culinary demonstration, recipe packets & tasting menu.- $35. Per person + materials (12 pl. min)
