Break away from the ordinary and learn what it takes to cook up success when The Outdoor Cooker performance grills and The Teaching Chef Culinary Services join forces in providing the ultimate grilling experience. These informal demonstration classes are ideal for both aspiring backyard cooks and skilled grilling aficionadas.
With recipes packets in hand students explore basic outdoor cooking essentials such as indirect and direct cooking as well as advanced techniques such as meat butchery, marinating and smoking.
Each class is complete with beer, wine and food paring suggestions and a hot off the grill meal. This relaxed setting is perfect for this favorite all-American pass time that promises to be as fun and flavorful as it is educational.
Classes meet from 6-8:30 PM once a month at the Outdoor Cooker in Westminister, CO and are taught by Executive Chef Allen Burton of The Teaching Chef Culinary Services. Sign up early for best availability as classes are expected to fill up quickly.
